Booking the Food Cart
Please plan ahead as success requires planning. All request will be on a soft hold until a deposit is made. If we get other requests for the same time, we will inform you via email or phone. Your final number of guests have to be confirmed a week in advance of your event. An earlier confirmation may be required for large groups or special menus. Corneey's is a small, locally owned, gourmet food cart. We enjoy what we do so that we can provide excellent personalized service. Our calendar can become booked quickly.
Booking Your Event
A confirmation agreement is required on all events. This confirmation agreement simply outlines the details of the event and requires a 50% deposit of the estimated, a signature from the client or financially responsible party and secures your date.
Updates or Changes
We will make every effort to accommodate last minute changes to your order after it has been confirmed. Please understand, however, that if changes are made less than 72 hours before your event, we will not be able to guarantee additions and reductions will be billed to the extent that the food has already been prepared/purchased.
Cancellations
Events cancelled within 7 calendar days are subject to a 15% charge on the estimated food and beverage costs. Events cancelled within 2 calendar days, the cancellation charge is 50% and within 24 hours, a cancellation charge of 90% will apply.
Payments
In order to secure your date, we require a 25% deposit. The remaining 75% will be due one week in advance of your event. Payment can be made by Credit Card or check. Any additional charges will be settled within 7 business days of the event and will be posted on the credit card number on file.
